The Future of Work. Is it really a job? Does it have to be? What are other mechanisms for value exchange that have yet to be tried?

Look, I’m not an anti-capitalist. I’m just an anti-hypercapitalist. I can easily dream into a future in which value exchange can happen that benefits participation and contribution to creating value without being exploitive and extractive. The thing is, we have been taught to occupy a Dream of hypercapitalism, where specialization is valued more than expansive range, for the sake of efficiency.

Join me and other people probably just like you, wondering the same kinds of things, and probably in a state of future anxiety as the industries they once cherished as home, no longer feel so cosy.
